I am 5ft 5. I ordered an xl based on the size table and it is just right. The length is just above the knee. The cut is comfortable and the fabric is soft. I'm pleased.

I really like this dress...The features that recommend this dress so highly to me are multiple,such as the ease of taking on and off by either just stepping into it or pulling it over my head ; light,airy and silky smooth fabric ; the versatility of the dress, which I believe would be equally appropriate for a barefoot stroll on the beach or a cocktail party or dinner date; and the length of the dress being long enough to allow it to to look age appropriate in any decade of a woman's life but still short enough to show off your legs (I am about 5'5",and it hits me right at the top of my knees)
